Honest Questions

Another of many honest questions from a little brother:

My thirteen-year-old daughter was complaining about a slightly older friend claiming puberty as her excuse for being rude. When she rejected my suggestion to just ignore it, her ten-year-old brother asked,

“Then why don’t you just be rude back?”

“Because I’m not going to sink to her level.”

“Why not? You sink to mine all the time.”
